Draft terms
These terms are illustrative and require legal review and operating-company details before launch. They do not create a binding project contract.
Company-only contracting
All project contracts and payments are with Project Manager, not individual freelancers. Public freelancer profiles are for discovery only. Assignment and availability are subject to the company’s project agreement.
Project scope and prices
Demo rates are indicative examples in USD, not quotes. Scope, pricing, timing, payment terms, deliverable ownership and change requests must be agreed in a separate company project contract.
Demo content
Profiles, generated imagery, availability states and portfolio concepts are sample content. They are not real verified users, genuine completed client projects or performance guarantees.
